Refund policy

 

This policy only applies for online orders. Any in-store purchases are final sale.

The Second Child prides itself on being extremely selective about the brands and condition of merchandise it accepts on consignment. However we are human, so if you are not pleased with your purchase please contact us at 2ndchild.chicago@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt.

Once a return authorization is issued, the item/s must be returned in its original condition with Second Child's price tag still affixed. Items then must be shipped and postmarked within 7 days of the return authorization. Sorry original shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded and return shipping is at your own expense.

We will always refund you in the same way you originally paid for the purchase. Directly to your credit card, store credit or pay pal account.
